By creating an account or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and SDSURABHI INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U41002UP2023PTC194590), operating the SDSURABHI INFRA platform ("we", "us", "our", or "Platform"), regarding your access to and use of the SDSURABHI INFRA website and services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use SDSURABHI INFRA, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Providing false information about your age may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Due to compliance with state-specific regulations in India, users from the following states are strictly prohibited from registering or participating on SDSURABHI INFRA:

  • Andhra Pradesh
  • Assam
  • Nagaland
  • Odisha
  • Sikkim
  • Telangana

If you reside in or relocate to any of these restricted states, you must immediately cease using the platform and notify us at [email protected]. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and potential legal consequences.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Free-to-Play Model & No Monetary Transactions

SDSURABHI INFRA operates on a completely free-to-play model. This section clarifies the nature of our platform:

3.1 No Entry Fees or Deposits

There are absolutely no entry fees, deposits, subscription charges, or any form of payment required to register, create teams, or participate in any aspect of SDSURABHI INFRA. You will never be asked to provide payment information, credit card details, or make any financial transaction.

3.2 No Monetary Prizes or Rewards

SDSURABHI INFRA does not offer any monetary prizes, cash rewards, gift cards, physical prizes, or anything of monetary value to users. Winners of fantasy contests receive recognition on leaderboards only. The platform is purely for entertainment, education, and skill development purposes.

3.3 Educational Purpose

The primary purpose of SDSURABHI INFRA is to provide an educational platform where users can learn about cricket analytics, player performance evaluation, team strategy, and fantasy sports concepts without any financial risk or pressure.

4. User Accounts & Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the platform, you must create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email address, date of birth, state of residence, and password. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

  • Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to maintain only one account on SDSURABHI INFRA. Creating multiple accounts, using fake identities, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

4.4 Account Termination by User

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon account deletion, all your personal data, teams, and match history will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using SDSURABHI INFRA, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

5.1 Illegal Activities

  • Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
  • Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Engaging in money laundering or any financial crimes

5.2 Security Violations

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or computer systems
  • Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any form of automation to interact with the platform
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
  • Introducing viruses, malware, or any malicious code

5.3 Abusive Behavior

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Posting offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications

5.4 Unfair Practices

  • Colluding with other users to manipulate leaderboards or outcomes
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
  • Using insider information not publicly available to all users

Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Ownership

All content, features, functionality, software, text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and other materials on SDSURABHI INFRA are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
  • Frame or mirror any part of the platform
  • Use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

6.3 User-Generated Content

By creating teams or submitting any content to the platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SDSURABHI INFRA is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information
  • Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the platform will meet your requirements

We do not guarantee that player statistics, match data, or scoring calculations will be 100% accurate, although we strive for accuracy. You acknowledge that technical issues, data delays, or errors may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SDSURABHI INFRA, its owners, investors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Errors in scoring, leaderboards, or match data
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Any other damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed ₹0 (zero rupees), reflecting the free nature of our service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SDSURABHI INFRA, its owners, investors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your use or misuse of the platform
  • Any content you submit or actions you take on the platform

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Inactivity for an extended period
  • At our sole discretion for any other reason

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of SDSURABHI INFRA after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

13. Modifications to Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of SDSURABHI INFRA (including features, functionality, or availability) at any time without prior notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the platform without notice or liability.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any disputes amicably.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Fair Play Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SDSURABHI INFRA regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
